Why do you need a home inspection?
Your home is probably
the biggest investment you will make. Do you want to know what problems may
arise? We look very close at your investment. We
treat it as if it were our own home and our own
money was being invested. Not many houses are perfect. You will know what
needs attention. You will also know what has all ready been done. We work for
you, not the seller nor the realtor. Our report is only to give you the
condition of the home at the time of our inspection.

new home owners I couldn't believe all the things their home
inspectors over looked. That's why I got in the business.
